Christina Dell, LMFT
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist — Owner
I have worked in a variety of settings, starting as a group home staff with teenage girls, intake counselor, and a social worker with a foster agency. From 2014 and on I worked at Creekside Counseling Center seeing a variety of clients. I have worked with children from ages 3 to seniors. I have served on the Board of Redding CAMFT numerous years, and been a facilitator at Kids Turn, a court program to help with coparenting and families going through divorce.
I am fully EMDR trained and an Advanced Level Brainspotting practitioner, using these tools as part of treatment for trauma and PTSD. I also strongly believe in attachment theory — that our first relationships have an impact on how we do life, but that we can have corrective emotional experiences. My areas of expertise are trauma, abuse, grief, codependency, depression and anxiety, family systems, communication, parenting issues, and children. I am here for you every step of your journey. My goal is to help you grow from your struggles, heal from your pain, and move forward to where you want to be in your life — whether you are a child, teen or adult.
